Physical Well Being

Being physically fit is very important for building confidence.  Fitness makes you feel sexually viable and attractive. Physically fit people are generally more capable of defending themselves, which can build confidence.

  • Get moderate exercise.  Your body will produce feel good chemicals and you will be more happy naturally.  Too much exercise results in binging on food, which may cause weight gain.
  • Lose Weight.  The way people perceive you will be more positive, and you will feel better about yourself.  Eating no grain based foods, potatoes, fruits, or products with added sugars for 6 days a week will result in the pounds simply dropping off.  Increase your intake of vegetables and legumes.
  • Manage Stress through time management, breathing/relaxation techniques, and exercise.
  • Smile.  Smiling provokes a physical response in you, helping you to build confidence.
  • Take A Self Defense Class.  Knowing that you can protect yourself drastically increases your confidence levels. Plus, you will be getting exercise while learning something.
Building confidence through a physical path to success is easy for some people.  You don't have to analyze yourself in order to naturally build your confidence this way.  The rules for making progress are simple and straight forward.
